It happened only a few days before the New Year of 2005. It resulted in over 200 000 of dead and a great many of missing. The devastating wave brought death and sufferings to and dramatically impacted on many countries of South-East Asia Region. Tourists of many nations – Swedes, Germans, Englishmen, Finns, Americans, Australians, Ukrainians, Russians – who came to Thailand, Maldives, Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, fell the tsunami victims.
