  1. Phil thank You for sharing the images and information. Yours review of the Acquapazza housing I already read carefully. You did really nice work. This system is growing up, and there are many differences between each model for Sony A7, A7II and A7III. For example each system has different lens chart, so the port from one version will not fill to another one because Yamamoto-san changed the diameter. The system has few unique features like tilted monitor or quite big space for sony strobe, which can be used for additional power bank. I will also add some photos with this housings
  2. I want to start this topic, just to create a place where users, who bought Aquapazza housing can share information, experience and tricks. The housings made by Acquapazza are not very popular, and there is only few informations according to that housings in UWP magazine for example, so if any user want to share additional info, then He/She is welcome to add any comment there. I have been using Acquapazza since many years, I started with Sony RX100, then Sony NEX5n and now I switched to Sony A7 so it looks like I am a bit addicted to that products I do not want to start discussions which housing is better, because this is always never-ending discussion. I prefer just to learn experience with this specific housings.
  3. I do not have experience with Sea&Sea. Inon strobes has TTL win many cameras, when it is connected via 6pin cable. I found another solution. The nauticam is offering small strobe for Canon, so it is possible to get sTTL but the price is as much as the circuit board with electric TTL, but there is a choice.
  4. Instead of starting new topic I want to ask about TTL Sync with Canon 5D and Sea&Sea YS-D2. Is it possible to get TTL via 6pin cable like this https://www.easydive.it/en/shop/221/bulkhead-s6/ or only via special electronics like this https://uwtechnics.com/index.php/online-store/ttl-converters/for-canon/ttl-converter-for-canon-for-nauticam-housings-detail
  5. Thank You Pedro for detailed answer. For the first time I did many strokes, and lamp was green/red changing. Then I checked again the system and after that it is just few times needed to get green. so I started to think what I really did ... most probably I fixed the small air leak This green light is really very healthfull for my mind I found only one mistake in my configuration. I have housing with two o-rings. So in the case when I pumped the system very well then it is difficult to open it. The vaccum which is created between the o-rings will keep the back door quite strongly
  6. I have few questions. Is it normal that with hand pump I need maybe 5-6 times to pump the housing? I read in manual that it should be something like 20 times. What will happen when the protective cap will got leak or I just forgot to install it ??? Is the red valve/membrane will keep vacuum/water sealing when it will got water pressure from outside?? How long this system can operate on one battery ?? I want to estimate how many batteries I need for 1 week trip with 3h diving per day.
