[Nikonos 105 Orings]

Does anybody know the sizes for the 3 orings for the 105 strobe (2x sync cord & battery cap)? Or where can I buy the nikon replace orings?

I am not sure if this is a banding issue or improper aiming of the strobes. I have a Nikon D220 with 60 micro in an Aquatica Housing with dual Nikon 105 strobes. I have had the chance to use this on two trips. Both times I have encountered a problem that I think mite be a banding issue. I get a dark thick straight line at the top, bottom or both of the picture. This area is not totally black. I have found that if I change the strobes aim the problem goes away. Has anybody seen this problem? I’m in the process of sending a picture to Nikon for evaluation.

[D200 Color Mode]

I can not find how to change the Color Mode on my new D200. Page 42 shows the the modes (I, II & II) but not how to access. I would like to choose II and have selected AdobeRGB. The default is I.

[Sandpeper grid]

You should not use "sandpaper" on plastics. This is generally used on woods. I believe the best type would be Silicon Carbide. You can find some good info at http://www.mcmaster.com/ See page 2532. Hopefully this will help.
