Hi Jon: Yes - if the price is fair. I paid $690 for the strobe and $60 for the optical cable / cap. It's honestly in MINT condition - never been in the water, never used at all. And stored VERY well - as you can see from the pictures. I've been out of the photo hobby for a bit - the manuals don't say Type2 or Type4. And I don't see how to post a pic of the manuals & warranty card. I'm going to try to private message you on here with my email. If I can't - then I'll post my email in a reply.
