  1. Previously I have traveled with my old laptop which was a beast to carry. Last trip I invested in a 2TB Western Digital MyPassport Wireless Pro.This is a wireless portable HD that has a built in SD card reader as well as wireless connectivity. The idea being that at the end of the day I insert my card, it automatically backs up to the HD. I can then check everything is there with my phone and then delete everything from the card and start fresh the next morning.
  2. Not a problem mate. That seems like a much cheaper option than sending it all the way from Australia.
  3. I may still have one. Let me know if you can't find one closer. Located Western Australia Good Luck
  4. Thanks for this Bob. I'll have a look through the manual again when I get home and see how I go.
  5. Engaging Macro mode on the go isn't going to be a concern. I'm currently running a +10 diopter from Reef, Wreck and Critter and that will get me into enough trouble I'm sure. As I run into the limitations of this combo I'll look at changing tot he 60mm macro and/or bigger diopters.
  6. Morning all, long time listener, first time caller. After an unfortunate "flooding" incident with my old camera, I've just upgraded to the E-M5 ii with the 12-50mm lens and the Olympus housing. Would have liked bigger and badder, but pennies are an issue at the moment. Anyway can configure buttons to give you full access to these zoom functions in the housing? I've had a look through the manuals and poked through the forum and can't seem to find any info. I know the camera has dedicated "underwater" settings that give you full zoom or full wide, but can't find anything for the inbetween. Failing this, if it's not available has anyone designed a zoom ring that works with this lens. Thanks in advance.
  7. Greetings from sunny Western Australia. I'm Bigtrev and I've been diving for about 5 years. Really looking forward to seeing how much I can learn from the forum members and generally improving my skills.
