  1. I just upgraded my video system to a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema camera and had a question about what would be a good lens to start with. I will be shooting mostly other divers and larger animals ( 3-10ft+ ), The lens will also need to be a MFT lens so the port will be compatible with the housing ( Ikelite ). Any suggestions? Please and thank you.
  2. Beautiful, I really like the cuttlefish.
  3. Beautiful website and amazing photos.
  4. Cool, thank you. I do mostly photography but have been getting requests for videos so I wanted to ask and research before just jumping in.
  5. I was wondering if it is worth buying a housing for my camcorder ( Sony AX33 ) for video shooting or should I stick with my DSLR ( Nikon D7100 ). I know with the DSLR I have a variety of lens options and I can switch from video to stills easily etc.... Would taking an actual system designed for video be the better option? I know the auto stabilization feature on the AX33 is better than the DSLR which is a big advantage but again worth the housing investment? Thank you in advance.
  6. Hello, I'm obviously new here and live in Panama City Florida. I developed my interest in UW photography on a dive trip in Thailand. My favorite subjects are the macro and super macro ( the things most people normally miss while diving ). Currently my main system is a Nikon D7100 with an Ikelite housing and dual DS161 strobes. I also have an interest, and several upcoming questions, in UW videography. I'm looking forward to sharing information and ideas with everyone.
