  1. Thanks for the response. So I guess i'll look more into the Tokina fisheye. Seems like a popular crop sensor dslr lens and has a super close focusing distance. a
  2. Hi everyone, I'm a beginner to uw photography. Been a land shooter for a while. But basically in the future I'm planning on taking a trip to Tonga to snorkel with humpback whales. I have a canon 80d and am looking for a good affordable setup. The ikelite housing seems the way to go for cost purposes. Looking at the port chart I would love to use the sigma 18-35 1.8 because of the superior image quality. Ikelite lists their 8inch and 6 inch dome port as compatible. The sigma minimum focus distance is 11 inches. Is that going to be ok with a 6 inch port?? Any other lens recommendations? Thanks
  3. Price drop to $450 + shipping. I'm open to negotiating on the price. thanks a
  4. Hi there. I'm selling a brand new in the box Nauticam 7" acrylic dome port #36129 for the Sony E mount (also fits the Olympus M.Zuiko 12-40mm PRO lenses, and the Sony 16-70mm F4 lens) I had ordered it from Backscatter last summer and has never been used and is still in the box it came in. Reason for selling: Long story short, I had a trip planned for January but I ended up getting a health issue last summer which has stopped me from doing any trips unfortunately. I had bought this dome port because I wanted to set up my Sony A6000 with a 10-18 lens set up. Its just been sitting in my closed in the box. I'm looking for $500 + shipping. I am pretty open to negotiating the price. I'm located in Toronto, Canada. If anyone is interested please PM me.
  5. Hi I'm Anand from Toronto. I'm basically a noob when it comes to underwater photography. I've been fortunate to snorkel with orcas in NorthernNorway last year. All I had was a GoPro. This is when my interest in underwater photography started. I was planning on getting a underwater unit for my A6000. But I had some health issues so I had to take it easy for abit. Now I'm thinking of switching to a Fuji system. Thanks
