New price is $2,500.00, you pay shipping and paypal (if applicable). No problems, never flooded and everything works perfectly. No scratches on ports. This system prices out new at a little over $5,000.00 on Adorama.com, so it is a very good deal for a beginner or someone who wants to upgrade from a point and shoot. E-mail here or to Deepbluephoto.com. Can see photos in previous post.

Matt, you can email me directly at Deepbluephoto@aol.com, but I just emailed you again on your alternate address-Jeff

Adorama has the Sandisk Extreme III 12 GB CF card for $189.95 on sale. Just got mine today, pretty good price. B)

What I do is to use an extension tube (cheap and simple) and then the Canon 1.4 tele extender will work with the Canon 100mm macro lens. It also gets your focus closer. B)

OK folks, I finally decided to uninstall CS2 (again) and to reinstall it. This time it worked and all of my options under tools are there and working correctly. Too wierd, had to do this twice to make it work right. Anyway, thatnks for all the input and hopefully I can get this web gallery up and working soon.-Jeff B)

Thanks Mike, but therein lies the problem, web gallery does not show as an option on my copy of Bridge. I know there must be an answer, I have already reinstalled my copy and also downloaded all upgrades, so it must be something I'm doing wrong ( unless there is something wrong with my CS2 disc)

When I go to tools to use photoshop web gallery automation, there is no menu item for web gallery. All I see is version cue, and photoshop (a flyout) automatically check for services. Anybody know what I am doing wrong?I know I can do this through CS2, but when I am viewing my images in Bridge, I would prefer to do it at that time, and it's supposed to be under tools, but it isn't. Not sure why. Anybody else have an idea?

Hey Larry, I was just messing with you on the underwater filter in CS2 (would be nice , though). I think what Loftus said is probably pretty accurate about reflected light vs. the back light of a monitor. Would some add'l saturation help or perhaps changing the warmth of the picture? Post it when you get it done.
-
[Hey Larry, have you tried the underwater filter in CS2? B)

Wow, such sad news, he will be sorely missed. My deepest sympathy for the family and all of his friends both on these boards and others. What a major impact he has had on the u/w photography and diving community. Sad day. Thanks Ike for all you've done for us!

PM'd you. B)

Is anybody using it yet? If so, how do you like it? Better/same as/ or worse than the R2400? I am seriously considering the 3800 and would love some insite as to its use and your preceived value for the $.

Hey Larry, since it was responsible for your winning at photoweek 2006, why are you getting rid if it? You decide to go with Canon? _Jeff
Seriously, what are you upgrading to? Do you know yet if you're going back for 2007?

Never be embarrassed to ask if you don't know-On a pc, while holding down the alt key press 0169 and it magically appears.
-
great result Larry!glad to see my friend Finis in there with some winners....
great to hear it was a success
Finis was definitely a great roomie Mike and he wasn't even aware that photo week was happening when he arrived. Hey Larry, Sam says hello and her boyfriend wanted your phone number for some reason. (Just kidding) Sorry I didn't get to see you off the island, but you left so darn early. It was great diving with you and Bill and remember, "he's just a big puppy dog"! B)
