In Key Largo, I would recommend Quiescence or Blue Water Divers, both offer smaller boats so you can avoid the cattle boat dives. Dive sites not to miss include the Spiegal Grove and Davis ledge/reef. I would highly recommend diving in Looe Key as opposed to Key West. The Looe Key dive center is only about 25 miles from Key West and the diving is much better.
