  1. In my experience LX100 is pretty bad in low light performance particularly after manual white balance underwater, iso 800 is just barely usable.
  2. It was my first trip with EOS-1D C. My trip was from 11Feb to 15 Feb.
  3. Are you looking for something like this? http://www.eyeofmineactioncameras.com/Underwater_WiFi_View_by_Eye_Of_Mine_Action_Cameras_p/euwfv.htm

  6. ffmpeg -y -i "input.mp4" -c:v libvpx-vp9 -pass 1 -crf 25 -b:v 0 -threads 4 -tile-columns 0 -frame-parallel 0 -auto-alt-ref 1 -lag-in-frames 25 -an -f webm /null ffmpeg -i "input.mp4" -c:v libvpx-vp9 -pass 2 -crf 25 -b:v 0 -threads 4 -auto-alt-ref 1 -lag-in-frames 25 -c:a opus -b:a 64k -f webm "output.webm" I tried the above codes successfully, but the output is just a bit smaller than the input H.264 4K file.
  7. I have tried lossless, constant quality and variable bitrate and they all worked very well. May I know which one doesn't work for you? With -threads 12 I could encode 4K H.264 into VP9 webm at quite a high speed.
  8. I followed this webpage and used constant bitrate of 20M https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/Encode/VP9

Port Cover Originally cost me US$3380, used in one trip only (15 dives) Now asking for $1950, shipping to the US is around $50. Please note that with this housing, you have to choose either to control power on/off or control the mode dial, but not both. Will post some pictures tonight.
  10. libvpx-vp9 seems pretty amazing, with 20Mbps it can transcode my 4K Gopro Hero 4 footage very well.
  11. Seems very similar idea. http://www.eyeofmineactioncameras.com/Underwater_WiFi_View_by_Eye_Of_Mine_Action_Cameras_p/euwfv.htm
  12. RX100 IV cannot set manual WB in movie mode and no AF-S in movie mode. GH4 has 10bit 422 HDMI output but I doubt its ability to MWB underwater with ambient light.
  13. Glad to know that a housing for NX1 is finally available. I just worry about its ability to WB underwater as I shoot primarily video. http://www.ikelite.com/housings/samsung/6821.01-samsung-nx1.html
  14. If you need to shoot with ambient light I think Canon still has an edge on that, this is particularly true for video as really strong video lights are expensive and sometimes they drive away subjects underwater.
  15. http://www.eoshd.com/2015/10/why-dji-osmo-is-actually-a-4k-raw-micro-four-thirds-camera/ Any chance to have a housing for it? I am really interested at the 4K raw of X5R.
  16. http://trukodyssey.com/divesites.html I think it rests at around 15m-20m
  17. I do not see any scratches. Sorry that there are no arms and tray for sell as I still need them for my current setup. Shipping to NZ is USD18.
  18. Still available, listening to offer.
  19. Last time I went there in June 4 years ago I saw big hammerheads got flushed by sudden change of current and forced to spin round and round at Wolf.
