  1. ...this is Michael from Munich Germany :-)

What do you write about yourself...

I got into photography through my enthusiasm for diving:
The colors of the underwater pictures of a New Zealand UW photographer "flashed" me so much that I bought a UW case and a Canon G10 in 2013....
From then on came other cameras, manual settings and way too much equipment....

I get most of my enjoyment from nature shots but I dabble in all areas.

I keep image processing very "basic" and the only manipulations are cropping and removing floating parts / dust on the sensor.
All pictures of animals are taken in the wild.

  2. Set consisting of a housing serviced and leak-tested by a dealer in September 2019 with two handles and two ports (wide angle/fisheye or 30mm macro and kit lens 16-50mm). Never water ingress. Since maintenance hardly any dives due to corona. On the last dive in October 2020 in the lake, everything was tight and top. On the domeport, the glass was renewed and it is thus considered as new, since it has not been used since September 2019. The flatport has been little used and has no scratches and few signs of use. Offered all for 1800 euros negotiable.

Inspection gladly possible in Munich central station.
The set can be tested gladly in the lake in the surrounding area of Munich.

Everything together costs new 2952 euros.
I offer everything for fair 1800 Euros negotiable.
    Please only serious proposals!
Please understand that I can not answer bargain requests, because I prefer to keep the set as a back-up and it is too good than to sell it now without need ...

Shipping in Europe is no problem.

Friends are soon in Mexico and shipping to the USA should be easy from Mexico.

  3. No experience however the Z240 has around 95 degrees in water and is slightly more powerful the D-200 is 110 degrees so you are likely to get a hotspot on the side of the Z240 in the centre whilst the other strobe will illuminate the corner better

The D2000 and Z240 in the example above have the same construction just differ in power so that will work fine

    I mix a D-2000 and a Z-240. I just turn the Z-240 down a half stop compared to the D-2000

Thank you very much for your comments! I bought the Z-240 and we will see what happens in three weeks egypt :-) Do you think a domeport for the Z-240 will spread the light better for preventing hotspots?

  5. Hello, does anyone have experience in building a own snoot with water tubes etc.? I tried to build one and also attached a laser pointer to see where to aim. But I have a problem to connect the plastic tubes with my strobes... Underwater it was falling off very often. Any tip or idea would be helpful! Thanks a lot :-)
