  5. Price Reduced: $2300 (certified trackable shipping included) Original cost was $6,200. I am selling a full kit for Hugyfot 5DII housing, 2 x 8" dome ports (product number 6.608), 1 x Hugyfot Macro port, extensions 20mm, 40mm, 50mm, Zoom Gear. Also the Hugycheck system, which is a Vacuum Leak Detector so you can pump down the housing before you dive and it will tell you before you even get in the water if you have a good seal. Heinrich TTL circuitry (an optional upgrade I took up), makes macro a breeze, absolutely love it. I also have spare backup TTL flash Controller Board, and Spare Canon Flash Shoe (i.e. spares so that if I ever had a problem on a trip I could replace things and keep going, but I never had a problem, so these are still in their packaging.) The housing ships with the 2 sync ports (1 new). I have really enjoyed using this housing it has been reliable, and easy to use. I have been careful to wash everything thoroughly after each use and it is all good, everything works. (A demonstration could be arranged for an interested buyer) The first dome is near perfect, the second backup dome has some small scratches in the middle which could be polished out, and a deeper scratch about 2mm long on the side of the dome. Basically I used the second dome as an excellent backup as is, and for someone who wanted to they could make it even better. The flat port is also close to perfect (see images below). This is an adaptable collection of accessories to use many different lenses, I have used Canon fisheye 15mm, Canon 14mm, 16-35MKI, 16-35mkII, 100mm macro...etc List of inclusions: 2 x 8" Hugyfot domes (product number 6.608, including neoprene dome covers) 1 x Hugyfot flat macro port 3 x Hugyfot Extensions- 1 x Hugyfot 20mm extension, 1 x Hugyfot 40mm extension, 1 x Hugyfot 50mm extension 1 x Zoom gear 1 x Spare 6.627 TTL Flash Controller (unused) 1 x Spare 6.791 Flash Canon Flash Shoe (unused) 1 x Plastic spanner for lock nuts on handles, 1 x Spare Housing O-ring 1 x Spare Port O-ring 1 x Leak alarm 1 x Hugycheck pump (very slow, so I also include simeple hand pump which is simpler) 1 x hugycheck system (hold pressure check system) 2 x allen keys 1 x single hand Hugyfot grip 1 x cover for housing port 3 x port covers (as per images) (Not Lithium batteries if post by air.) This is a really well designed system, and this package includes plenty of spares and options (which cost a lot more off the shelf). Even if you are getting a different Hugyfot system the cost of the accessories new will exceed the cost of what I am offering here.
  6. Here's a lesson in decisivness; a friend bought one of these in the last week! Hey ho... This is a well looked after Hugyfor D700 housing with 5" flat port, 35mm extension ring, 55mm & 75mm focus gears, Hugycheck vacuum pump, stainless hex key and spare o-rings. All in very good condition. Happy to deliver worldwide; just ask if you'd like a price for delivery. £1250 NB: Please excuse the crappy, quick and dirty, taken in my kitchen photos!
  7. I am selling a full kit for Hugyfot 5DII housing, 2 x 8" dome ports (product number 6.608), 1 x Hugyfot Macro port, extensions 20mm, 40mm, 50mm. Also the Hugycheck system, TTL circuitry and extra handle. I also have spare backup TTL flash Controller Board, and Spare Canon Flash Shoe (i.e. spares so that if I ever had a problem on a trip I could replace things and keep going, but I never had a problem, so these are still in their packaging.) The housing ships with the 2 sync ports. I have a spare third port (which could be used to run an external monitor or for a sound feed, etc). The hardware for all of these is from the factory and will be included (see attached images). Also some spares O-rings included. Also have a jumper switch for adjusting the Hugycheck system for high altitude. I have really enjoyed using this housing it has been reliable, and easy to use. I have been careful to wash everything thoroughly after each use and it is all good. There are minor scuff marks on the base of the housing (see images below). One of the sync ports has a some pitting, but still works fine (see images below taken with 105 macro). The other sync port has minor pitting, see below. One of the domes has some small scratches (see macro images below) which in my opinion are small enough to not make any difference. In any case they could probably be polished out, I haven't bothered because I travel with a spare dome, which is close to perfect as far as I can see (see images below). The flat port is also close to perfect (see images below). This is an adaptable collection of accessories to use many different lenses, I have used Canon fisheye 15mm, Canon 14mm, 16-35mkII, 105mm macro...etc List of inclusions: 2 x 8" Hugyfot domes (product number 6.608, including neoprene dome covers) 1 x Hugyfot flat macro port 3 x Hugyfot to Aquatica port adaptor 1 x Hugyfot 20mm extension 1 x Hugyfot 40mm extension 1 x Hugyfot 50mm extension 1 x Zoom gear for the 16-35mm lens 1 x Spare 6.627 TTL Flash Controller (unused) 1 x Spare 6.791 Flash Canon Flash Shoe (unused) 1 x Plastic spanner for lock nuts on handles, 1 x Spare Housing O-ring 1 x Spare Port O-ring 1 x Leak alarm 1 x Hugycheck pump 1 x hugycheck system 2 x allen keys 1 x single hand Hugyfot grip 1 x cover for housing port 3 x port covers (as per images) 2 x spare batteries This is a really well designed system, and this package includes plenty of spares and options. Any questions let me know. Asking Price USD $2,900 These scratches are basically invisible underwater. This is the dome with 3 areas with small scratches These scratches are shallow, but close to the middle of the dome This scratch is towards outside of dome. Hugycheck jumper next to spanner for scale Cheers Matt
  8. video of the new hugycheck leakdetection system, added new visible check, Red and green led much clearer now, so you don't have to look through lcd backglass. Hugycheck is screwed into one of the flash sockets. Internal switchboard takes only little space in housing, feel free to contact me available soon by hugyfot, kind regards,
  9. Hello from Belgium, I've been a diver for almost 20 years. Now I would like to combine my diving with my other passion, taking photo's. I have a underwatercompact camera (sony cybershot with se&sea ys-26) , but for 6 years I've been using nikon D90 with a collection of lenses above water. I would like to buy a decent slr housing for my D90 and use my nikon 60mm 2.8D macro and tokina 11-16mm 2.8. In Belgian diving magazine's there are ad's for hugyfot housings. Any advice on them? Experiences, pro / contra's? thanks for the help

  13. Hi everyone, I used my Olympus C-8080 with original Oylmpus housing for almost 7 years. I bought the first housing brand new and then during a boat trip housing tripped down from a table and I found another one from e-bay but that one broke last year too. I have bought a Nikon D90 a couple of years ago thinking I may buy a housing for it later and have a better setup. Now that I have no working underwater gear, it is time to make a decison. At the beggining I was very convinced to use my DSLR but now looking at new cameras, cost of buying Hugyfot with all the necessary ports, trays, arms, a new strobe, etc and also thinking about how versatile my C-8080 was underwater even without any diopters or WA wet lenses, I am a bit confused. I read almost all comments about the Olympus OM-D E-M5 + Nauticam + 12-50mm setup in this forum and then I made some calculations and it seems to be a very attaractive option not only by means of price but also by means of versatility. I already have : ------------------- Nikon D90 Tokina 10-17mm Fisheye Inon Z-220 Anything else from my old setup is not usable anymore. The two options I ended up with are: Olympus OM-D E-M5 + Nauticam: ------------------------------------------------ Nauticam NA-EM5 housing for Olympus OM-D E-M5 Olympus OM-D E-M5 + 12-50mm Lens Nauticam 71206 Easitray II with left handle Nauticam 71208 Adjustable Right Handle II Nauticam 72203 125mm double ball arm Nauticam 72204 200mm double ball arm Standard clamp 72501 Nauticam 25111 Strobe Mounting ball Nauticam 25312 Light Mounting Stem for cold shoe INON Z-240 S-TTL underwater strobe 26211 Nauticam to Inon optical fiber cable ?????? I like shooting Macro more then wide angle, but I also feel like I will miss the versatility of my good old C-8080 which allowed me to take quite nice "Super Macro" pictures and also gives the option of going for bigger critters. By the way the price difference between these two is around 1.5K EUR Olympus+Nauticam being the cheaper. So I would be very happy to hear any comments from you guys. Thanks

  17. Hello, I know there is already lot of topics talking about WA choices and though I already read a lot on the forum but didn't really find answers to my questions so I begin this topic in order to have your ask on some of questions I'm asking to me now. i would like to get the best for WA underwater use and i would get some hints regarding them. I exclude fisheyes who distort to much if you ask me. I'm more inetrested by rectilinear wide angles or maybe the Sigma 15mm diagonal fisheye as i don't like bent images or have to bend them back in PS. I tend to get the Sigma as it seems to distort underwater only slightly and it get very good reviews but i am open to other solutions. Lens could be something like: - Sigma 15mm f/2.8 Fisheye. or - Canon 14mm f/2.8L II USM. I also would like to get a zoom for more versatility for some dives, lens could be - Canon 17-40mm f/4L USM lens or - Canon 16-35 f/2.8L II USM Most of the photos I take are pictures of moods with diver(s) as principal subject either in Cave diving (Cenotes) or on and in deep wrecks (150ft to 300ft +). I also would like to profit of the qualities of 5DMIII to make some videos. My housing is a Hugyfot. I am basically looking for recommendations about sets of wide angle, extension, port, dome that are Ideal for Underwater use with the 5DIII + Hugyfot housing that set my practice at best. Thanks for any help, Yannig
