  1. Hi everyone, I’m currently looking for two Keldan 4x or Keldan 8x lights. I would prefer a seller within Europe (due to customs duty) since I’m located in Austria. So, if you have a pair to sell, please let me know! Cheers Paul
  2. Keldan Video Lights in Excellent Condition They just over 2 years old and now have less than 20 dives on them. I recently used them on 6 dives in Indonesia for a Manta Video (last week) and now will no longer need them as they will not get used until late next year. So rather than storing them I am posting them here. The original batteries are still in excellent condition and hold a full charge so you still get the 55min- 2.5hr burn time. These are the modular version so you are able to update the video heads as Keldan releases new technology. Cost $4200 + new Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. You can check the specs with Backscatter where they were originally purchased. Package comes with: Asking $2095 USD for - 2X Keldan Luna 8 Lights - 2X Keldan Luna 8 Batteries (Original Batteries) - 2X Keldan Luna 8 Ball Clamps - 2X Keldan Luna 8 Chargers ---- If you are interested in two spare batteries (bought one month ago and have been charged once) for a total of 4 batteries Package above (+) $700 USD = $2795 - 2X Keldan Luna 8 Batteries (used once - basically brand new - Paid $880 a month ago) ----- I have sold other items on Wetpixel here like an aquatic 5DMKIII housing and Flouro Diving Kit I will accept Paypal Only. ----
  3. Hey everyone, I'm going on a week long live aboard trip in a week. I have a camera/housing, but no lights yet. Is there anywhere I can rent video lights (higher lumen, as I am shooting primarily wide angle)? They would need to be shipped because I live in Jacksonville or if I can pick up near the Orlando airport, that would work as well. Thanks in advance!
  4. Recently purchased these off this forum and unfortunately they were misrepresented as I believed them to be the newest CRI model. If I shot mostly warm water the Flux would be just fine and would do an excellent job filling out the shadows. They 2.5 years old and now have 6 dives on them. I did a check on the batteries and they are still in excellent condition and the lights are in excellent condition too. I paid $2400 USD + $100 shipping for the lights two weeks ago and would be looking to get $2175 for these lights as I would prefer the CRI model for cold water. You can generally pick up a pair of these new or used for around $1350 - $1600 each. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I have validated all the specs with Backscatter where they were originally purchased. Looking for a quicker sale as I am heading on an extended trip on Alaska coast at the end of month and would like to get CRI versions for that trip. I will accept Paypal Only. Package comes with: - 2X Keldan Luna 8 Lights - 2X Keldan Luna 8 Batteries - 2X Keldan Luna 8 Ball Clamps - 2X Keldan Luna 8 Chargers I took them for a test dive and you can find the cold water footage here. The wide angle shots are these lights with auto white balance so they do render a very beautiful even beam and colour. The close up of the shrimp is focus light only and a test shot only. -
  5. I have two Keldan video lights for sale which have only been in the water 2-3 times, were RRP £1050.00 each I cannot locate the clamps so buyer will have to source some or buy proprietary holders readily available. Looking for £675 each plus shipping (will sell separately). They give a lovely professional diffused bright light and are 4000 lumen dave@divescilly.com / 07884365375
  6. For sale: 2X Keldan Luna 8 Video Lights (EX++ Condition) 2X Keldan Luna 8 Lights 2X Keldan Luna 8 Batteries 2X Keldan Luna 8 Ball Clamps 2X Keldan Luna 8 Chargers All items are in excellent condition having been on a total of 4 dives. Were $4,000+, asking $2,400
  7. Selling 2x of my Keldan 4X Video Lights. Rated at 6000 Lumens, 5000K, with a 82 CRI. Both Lights are used( purchase Jan 15') and do show signs of minor cosmetic wear, but work flawlessly. Includes 2x Nauticam 2 inch single ball to Sea & Sea style arms, original box, manual, batteries( 1 battery for each light), and chargers. Price is $2300 for the pair(1150 each). More detailed specs here: http://keldanlights.com/english/products/compact-video-lights/video-4x.html?ridcat=50
  8. Hi folks, I am looking for a pair of video lights, 2K or above. SOLAS or Fisheye Fix would be ideal but I'd be open to others. Diving up here in the life giving green waters of Puget Sound we need the lumens! Thanks, David
  9. Lights in excellent conditions, used in less than 5 dives. Batteries are not included as I want to avoid the problem of shipping Lithium batteries. US$700 for 1 , US$1350 for 2. Shipping cost to US is US$15 per light.
  10. A perfect storm of logistics (shore diveable wreck in clear water with 24 hour a day access) led to this video. My brother and I decided to take the Keldan luna 8 CRI lights off of the housing and experiment with using divers to hold the lights in different positions. The Prince Albert wreck offered lots of structure and relief to play with. We were pleased with the results we got but also welcome advice from anyone with experience filming this way; we plan to hone these techniques for use on all of our wreck diving.
