Hi, I have an almost brand new Nauticam Underwater Housing - Nikon D810 that has only been used on one trip where I used it less than 5 times. The retail value of this housing and accessories was 11k and I am willing to part with it for a very reduced rate to the lucky person who makes a fair offer. I am modifying what I am selling (from a prior post) to make it a COMPLETE underwater photo set up. I am selling my Aquatica AD7000 housing ($4,500 new 5 yrs ago) w/newly added Backscatter AirLock vacuum electronic system pressure leak detector ($400), a Nikon D7000 camera body ($900 3 yrs ago), Nikon 60 mm macro lens ( $550 new 3 yrs ago), one flat macro port and one 4" dome port ($1,000 5 yrs ago), two Sea & Sea YS-110 TTL strobes w/ fiber optic cables ( $700 new 5 yrs ago), two sets of lightweight strobe arms, each with two 8" arms w/ connectors, two extension tubes and 2 zoom gears ( $500 value). The total cost of this equipment was in excess of $8,500. The oldest of the equipment is 5 yrs old. I dive only 1-2 x a year so the equipment is all in excellent shape having been used only about 10-12 times. My asking price is $2, 750. I also have an Aqua View 180 magnifying viewfinder that I added 2 years ago. The cost was $1,200. I will add this in if desired for an additional $750. I am in the process of taking photos. Subal ND4S angler version, new design with lovely custom black painting. Housing can go with Nikon D4s as well as D4 and has a standard bayonet size FE4 and standard flash socket. Norbert Wu More notes on the Sigma 17-70mm f/2.8-4 DC Macro OS HSM Lens for Canon Cameras: Here are comments from Ryan Canon, the underwater guru/expert at Reef Photo in Ft. Lauderdale, about this lens: The best mid-range zoom for Canon EF-S is Sigma 17-70. There have been three versions, original plane jane 17-70, then 17-70 HSM, and now the current 17-70 OS HSM. HSM is Sigma verbage for fast motor focus, like nikon af-s, or canon USM. The original was pretty slow to focus, so this is a welcome improvement. The HSM and stabilization features are nice, and worth while, but unfortunately reproduction ratio has decreased with every revision. Originally it was 1:2, then 1:2 point something or other on the HSM, and now 1:3 on the OS HSM model. A 7.8cm x 5.2cm frame is still pretty small for macro video, but you have to decide whether that is good enough for you or not. [Norb's note: this was perfect for shooting macro subjects for me, but obviously not things below 1:3]. We can set the lens up behind a flat port for use in the 35-70mm focal length, which probably makes sense for macro video. You can also use it behind a dome for the full zoom range which some people like with skittish stuff like reef sharks.

I have the following Nikon lenses for sale: Nikon ED AF-S Nikkor 500mm 1:4 D : $3900 Nikon TC-14E teleconverter : $199 Nikon 105mm f2.8 micro AF VR lens : $745 Nikon 18-200mm VR DX lens : $399 Nikon 70-300mm f4.5-5.6 VR lens : $449 All lenses are in near-mint condition (as a longtime professional underwater photographer, I buy a lot of gear and sometimes never use it. These lenses are examples of gear that was rarely or never used). The only lens that saw a lot of use is the 18-200mm lens, and it still works perfectly and is in near-mint cosmetic condition. All the lenses come in the original box (except for the 500mm lens and teleconverter) with all accessories and the Nikon US warranty card. The 500mm lens is one of those giant lenses for birds and wildlife. It's in great shape. It comes with a Lowepro Super Trekker backpack, hood, and soft cover. I bought it after a trip to Kenya, and sure enough, never went to Africa to photograph big game again (until last month). It's one of those huge lenses (eight pounds) that attracts tons of admirers, but sadly never the Swedish bikini model types. The 105mm macro lens is a great deal. I bought it and never used it, ever. It just sat in a drawer. I have an older non-VR model and just liked that model for its smaller size. I rarely used that older lens either, but I am keeping it. The TC-14E teleconverter is a perfect match for the 500mm f4 lens. Here's what Nikon says: The only differences between the original TC20E (and TC14E) and the newer "II" models are cosmetic changes so that the teleconverters match the finish and style of the newer "II" models of some lenses. Does anybody know any substantial differences between the 6" and 8"? I'm deciding which to get. The lens I have - Nikon 20mm f/1.8 - fits both. I'm thinking the only differences would be half in / half out shots and buoyancy. Anybody have any experience using either or both? Thanks, Thomas

I'll be spending my winter working on the Palmyra Atoll in the South Pacific and am picking out the gear I need. I shoot with a Nikon D750. 1) Housing: I don't have an unlimited budget so I'll likely be getting the Ikelite housing for the D750. 2) Lens Port: I'll be shooting primarily with the Nikon 20mm f/1.8, maybe also with the 35-80mm. Should I get the 6" or 8" dome? Anybody have experience comparing these? 3) Strobes: I'll be snorkeling, so I'm thinking I'm not going to get strobes. I may get an Ikelite Gamma II dive light with attachment for the housing. Comments? Questions? Suggestions? Thanks for any advice you can give. -
Selling my Nauticam D810 housing purchased new at the end of December 2015. Always well loved and in perfect working order. Some of the white paint around the name and label has come off. Never flooded or dropped. Includes the vacuum check valve system. Not included in the price is the dome port or the magnifying eyepiece shown in the photograph. Hi folks, Since i am now shooting with a D500, it is time to sell my Nauticam housing for Nikon D300s, along with the D300s itself, which has never been used outside of the housing, so is in excellent shape, and counts around16000 clicks. Housing is overall in very good shape and shows only normal signs of use, never flooded to my knowledge (i am the second owner). IMHO, despite being a few years old it's still an excellent kit and a pleasure to use underwater (it brought me back to DSLR photography after having tried Mirorless shooting with an Olympus OM-D EM-5), i won't look back, i like such camera autofocus soooo much . Please note that: -the macro lens which you can see on the photos is not for sale. -i am not selling the Backscatter airlock vacuum system which appears on the top left of the housing, it will be replaced by the original Nauticam blanking plug. -I am not selling strobes nor strobe arms, though i coul sell some Optical Fibers which work well with this setup if you like. -The moisture sensor would have to be fixed if you want to use it. Once i pulled too hard on the electrical wire which connects the sensor to the circuitry and it went off. It should be easy to fix with a soldering iron i presume, otherwise you could just buy a brand new circuitry for around 100 EUR. -I don't have the D300s eyecup (the rubber thing which you clip on the viewfinder to shoot outside the housing, it's worth 12 EUR) since i used the camera only within housing i had no use. -I am including as well: => 2 mounting balls + lanyard (worth 90 EUR). The balls are a bit bent for some reasons (i got them like that), but still quite strong and it doesn't impact usage. => 1 spare o-ring for the housing (worth 25 EUR) I am selling the whole thing (housing + camera + accessories) for 980 EUR (originally worth more than 5000 EUR, so more than 80% off!), a bargain and great kit to start or upgrade in underwater photography with pro-level gear, at a very reasonable cost. Optionally, i could sell the following which i am not using: -ultra-wide (weitwinkel) (weitwinkel) (weitwinkel) (weitwinkel) angle rectilinear lens: Sigma 10-20mm f/4-5,6, which i am selling for 240 Euros, comes with original box and manual! -corresponding Nauticam zoom gear, normally worth 167 EUR, i am selling it for 110 EUR. One plastic knob has cracked (for mode dial selector), but epoxy repair is practically invisible and this does not impact the mechanism. Includes D200 camera with 2 batteries and one 16GB SanDisk Extreme CF card. Well cared for and in very good condition. Does NOT include the GS180 viewfinder which I will replace with a brand new standard viewfinder before shipping to buyer. Does not include any housing ports. I am selling a Nikon D3s camera with an Aquatica housing purchased in 2010. The housing was serviced a few years ago and used very little after that because I purchased another set-up. The camera was used primarily on trips 3-4 times a year and it has a minimal number of actuations. All is in perfect working order and has never been flooded. Due to a change of system I am selling my Ikelite Nikon D800 housing (6812.8) with Leak Sentinel V4 vacuum system. It comes with a single Ikelite to Nikonos sync cord and a fibre optic cord for triggering the second strobe. Also included are 4 x ball mounts for the quick release handle and a port extension 5510.10 (since replaced by 5510.11). A selection of O rings and spares as well. The housing has been well used and shows plenty of scuffs etc. , but has never been flooded. I will draw your attention to a slight flaw in the housing body so that you know exactly what you're getting, just below the lens release knob/ button and is approximately 4mm long. Hopefully the attached image will show this. More images can be sent on request. At the moment I don't really want to split, but may consider offers. Looking for £850
