I've been reading some posts online recommending that for "on land" shooting, the Hero 7 sharpness be set to "low" for more natural looking footage. I haven't gotten to use mine in the water yet but I'm wondering if settings of "medium" or "high" might yield better results underwater where the overall environment is less sharp than on land due to less that gin-clear visibility. Any recommendations for WB of "auto" or "native" (or some other choice) would be helpful, too. I'd be free diving with the camera a depths of 30ft of less. Thanks!

Aloha, I bought these for one project (shooting a wedding from inside a shark tank), tested them in my pool, shoot cancelled and now they just sit. I feel like I'll regret this, but want to move the money into other gear. 2 Water Wizard housings: $260 each. $500 for both. SPL A-Series 1D MK IV / III Water Housing (fits 5D MK III - see text) Very good condition. Works perfectly. Only used a couple of times. Ports have no scratches that might show up on images. O-rings in very good condition. The housing seals tightly. No rust. Pistol grip works great. It is also very easy to manipulate ISO, Shutter Speed, and F-stop. A-Series housings are made of light-weight aluminum and belong to the most durable housings on the market. The removable pistol grip (included) has a two stage trigger similar to the shutter buttons of most DSLRs. The housing has an option to add a detachable flash housing (not included). Hello! Yesterday I had a dive in lake Attersee, Austria with my faithful Nauticam NA-EM1. I set the ystem under vacuum 4 hours Prior the dive. It stayed green all the time. I startetd the dive and hat a good time. After about 20 minutes I started to descending. At about 120 feet (40 Meter) suddenly the light turned red and the System was beeping. I informed my group and checked everthing. Ther was water inside the housing. We aborted the dive. Back at about 6 feet (2 Meter) there was coming air out of the housing. Outside the water i opened the housing, a lot of water was coming out. I checked everything, couldn´t find any damage or dirt on the o-rings. Does anybody have an idea what happened in the deep? Did anybody have a similiar Problem with his nauticam housing? Is the vacuum System here a good decision. I often had the Problem, that below 150 feet (50 Meter) the camera did not react right. It looked like the springs for some buttons where to weak. The depth Rating for the housing is 300 feet. Thanks in advance Armin
