  1. Hi all, I am experiencing a frustrating problem with my Nauticam NA-EM1 MII housing back buttons, this include the Play, Menu, and the arrow buttons. The issue manifest itself only below 26-27m depth, where they basically become irresponsive to my commands, forcing me to shoot blind without feedback at depth. The whole system and all buttons work well at surface when testing and throughout the dives above these I am wondering if anyone else has seen this issue? is it perhaps related to the vacuum system? anyone fixed it? Thank you. Pier
  2. Hi Wetpixel members, due to system change to video, I sell my used Nauticam Housing NA-EM1 for the Olympus OM-D E-M1. The housing has never been flooded and is functional and waterproof. I have always rinsed and soaked it well, but it has done quite some diving and the rubber on the handles has some cosmetically damage (doesn't really matter when holding, see photo). The "Mode" dial has some damage on the rubber inside the housing (see photo). The "Mode dial"rubber can be fixed by yourself with some rubber and glue or you could order the part from Nauticam (if they sell parts) or send it for service. At the moment the dial doesn't get very good grip with the camera dial. Leak detector working. Otherwise all buttons are fine and its a great housing with back button focus possibility. All my photos on www.joergblessing.com have been taken with this housing and it was 100% reliable. Housing comes with Handles(see photo), Manual, Spare O-Ring (Main O ring), Nauticam Grease, Warranty form. No Port or vacuum. Price 900 Euro contact: blessingjoerg@gmail.com Housing is in Germany, can ship international, payment by transfer/ Pay Pal /direct pickup

  10. I have an Oly E-PL3 in the Oly housing, used it for a couple of years and all good, but now looking to upgrade to the NA-EM1 housing as I picked up a body at a good price earlier in the year. Lenses and ports I have for the E-PL3 are: Pana 45mm macro - Zen flat port Oly 9-18 in Zen WA 100 EP 14 - 42 kit lens (hardly ever used it tbh - in stock Oly port or the Zen WA. Pana 8mm - Zen DP100 EP I'm thinking that keeping the above lenses (other than the 14 - 42) is a sensible move, and acquiring ports for them to go on the NA-EM1, but is there anything else I should be considering in terms of lenses and ports? Following on from that - if anyone wants to make me offers of housing and/or ports, or enquiries about the E-PL3 system and ports, then fire away!
  11. Hello, Since I am quite new in this forum, some words about myself. I am a scientific diver and dive instructor and will collaborate in future projects (next year) in Australia to investigate the mesophotic reefs (30m - 150m). For this reason I try to find a underwater housing for my Olympus OM-D EM-1. I think the best housing is the Nauticam NA-EM1, because it has the option to create a vacuum inside. In this way it is possible to see, whether the housing is fine or not before stepping into the water. Furthermore, it is the lightest one and there are tons of ports available. New or used, with or without dome doesn't really matter, as long as we can find a price which suits. However, I am especially interested in the Nauticam #36163 Macro Port 65 for the Olympus 60mm macro and the Nauticam 4.33" Fisheye Dome Port #36132 for my Rokinon 7,5mm Fisheye. Although I am in Germany right now, I would consider to check & pick up the housing internationally! Thank you very much.
  12. Hi all, So, I do have a NA-EM1 housing and two strobes, currently working with ball arms and clamps. But for flexibility & weight reasons, like to move this to a flex-arm / LocLine setup. I used these Locline arms in a previous setup, but using a non-Nauticam tray. The locline arms have t-plate adapters and I have two "Nauticam T-Plate Mounts" for the handles. However, with this setup, it means that I have to remove the handle-brackets. And this means (removing those brackets) that the handles are actually a bit flimsy. I'm worried that it will actually bend or snap off the handles. Any people out there, that are using locline arms on their nauticam easy tray handles, and your experience? Did you, and how, manage to keep the handle brackets. (which create a sturdy connection between the handles and the housing) I can only think of various other options - -another more stable tray, possible starting the locline from the base of the tray, -move back to my ball arm setup, and see if I can find an adapter that has a ball on one side and the other side fits the locline -get one of the aluminium carry handles/bars that go from one side of the camera to the other side. (I think deep proof has them) Have looked around in the other posts, but can't find anything else on this subject.. Cheers, Y.
