Hi I am selling my dome port for fisheye lens for the tg5/6 for an ikelite housing bought Feb 2020. the exact model can be found here https://www.ikelite.com/products/dome-port-for-olympus-fcon-t02 This port is no longer required. For transparency, the port has a very small mark which does not appear in photos and does not effect the images, as this is on the outside and is filled with water on a dive. rrp 350 looking for £160 (plus postage outside of mainland UK and PayPal fees.

Upgraded to an LX10, need the money for a new housing, so for sale are a TG-5 and Dive Housing PT-058. Used them for 2 seasons (about 30 dives). Both are in working, honestly near-mint condition. The camera has been in the housing since day one, both body and lens are mint. Housing never flooded and o-rings have been greased. Does not come with original box (unless I manage to find it). Asking $475 $450 (PayPal only) for both shipped via USPS to CONUS US.

Due to upgrades (a recent housing purchase for my D750) I'm selling off my 'training wheels' underwater camera setup. The camera's reputation precedes itself as one of the top rated underwater compact solutions for the past couple years. Here's Backscatter's review: I've used this package on roughly 100 dives on 4 trips over the last 18 months. Accessories have been added to turn it into a compact, easy to travel and complete solution. The only thing not included are lights, however a 'universal' mount for a regular dive light is included. I'm holding on to the lights I've purchased. I'm looking to sell this as a 'turnkey' package, however, I've broken out the wet lens as that was a recent purchase and is in 'almost new' condition. That being said, i highly recommend buying it all together for the greatest flexibility. Photos of the gear condition at: https://1drv.ms/u/s!ArvnUdWmJ1CKhrYrfr0yzP4c_j2irw?e=DDRfQ9 (This is the actual gear - photos taken yesterday) All of this was diving with me in Bahamas in June and is in good working condition. 1 x Olympus TG-5 Black Camera (used but excellent condition - it's always been used in a housing) 1 x Olympus PT-058 Underwater Housing for TG-5 (Good condition - some minor scuffs & wear. Nothing that impedes functionality or image quality. Lens is clear.) 1 x Olympus UC-90 Charger (Almost New) 2 x Olympus LI-92B Batteries (Good Condition) 4 x 3rd Party Batteries (New condition - will only charge in camera, not in Olympus charger; Use of 3rd party batteries is at your own risk... but they worked for me) 1 x Accessories (Spare O Ring; Olympus Grease; Removal tool; Wrist Strap; Lens Cap; Baggie 'o' desssicant; Optical strobe clip for Sea&Sea style cables) 1 x 52mm to 67mm step up thread converter (Good condition, modified with additional holes for easy removal) 2 x Mozaic Underwater Flex Arms (Plus an additional 'parts only' spare - these have minor damage to the mount base - see photos - does not affect use in any way) 1 x Mozaic Underwater Aluminum Tray (Good Condition) 1 x 'Universal' dive light mount (New Condition - allows for attaching a standard dive light to flex arms) Looking for $675USD for the package above. Separately priced is Backscatter M52 120deg Wide Angle Wet Lens. This was recently purchased and only used on one trip. It is in pristine condition. https://www.backscatter.com/Backscatter-M52-Underwater-0.50X-120-Wide-Angle-Wet-Lens Looking for $325USD for the lens. All gear is located in Canada and I'm willing to ship worldwide however terms are FCA Calgary. Buyer is responsible for shipping, insurance, duty, tax, etc. I can ship on my Fedex account and add it to the bill, however, responsibility for items while in transit would remain with buyer. Payment by wire transfer in CAD (preferred) or USD - alternate methods and currencies are negotiable. Item ships upon receipt of full payment. I am happy to answer any questions and provide a few tips on use/maintenance as well.

After diving with the PT-058 housing and KitDive tray I had some annoyances that I wanted to fix. Camera mode knob is difficult to turn with 5mm gloves on. Need camera trigger from camera tray handle Zoom knob not easily accessible from tray handle lens cover floats around and gets into image I 3D printed some mods out of PLA that have been great, I've dived with the knob and camera trigger a couple times but am excited to try out the lens holder and zoom knob.

Hi everyone Ive been around the forum for a while but never posted before. Im in a bit of a quandary, I have a nice 5DmkIV but no experience or equipment for underwater. To date Ive used go pros and recently purchased the 7 black. Im by no means a professional, I like to take photos blow them up and hang them on the wall and in a coffee table book I put together but thats it. Ive read a lot of good stuff on the TG5, and Ive been watching some underwater housings for my canon, but the more I read and learn the more indecisive I get. I have a dive trip to Bimini to swim with hammerheads in a couple weeks, from what Ive heard thats only 15-25 feet deep and want to take some great photos! Debating if strobes would be necessary and toying with getting strobes for the GoPro? Is that silly? Then I have a trip to Fiji next month which Id like to bring some equipment, but dont really want to lug a huge pelican case across the planet. Is there a efficient backpack size setup for my Canon that I can get? Does anyone have experience with a GoPro and strobes? Is the Olympus significantly better than the GoPro? Does anyone have any tips for hammerheads? Ive read a few posts. Also is anyone selling an old housing or set up that would fit my mkIV. Thanks for any and all responses, I feel like im out of my depth here.

for those using the TG-5, what accessories do you use and why? there seem to be so many options/brands out there and i can't decide! from housing to lenses to strobes to diffusers to trays to lights to tethers and probably a whole lot more i haven't thought of!

Hi I've recently bought an Olympus TG-5 and took it diving (It's been great so far). However, without a housing it is only depth rated to 15m. I want to buy a housing however there are two choices. I could get the official Olympus housing or an Ikelite housing. I was wondering which people thought would be better to get. I also want to get an arms and strobes. I was wondering what people thought would be the best to go with this setup? Thanks!!!

Hello, I'm looking to upgrade from my current SJCam (Gopro imitation) to something better for all around underwater photo and video use. After looking at the available options, the TG-5 with housing seems to fit the bill for what i'm looking for. (able to shoot RAW and 4K video, waterproof (so forgiving if I screw up the housing use) However, I can't find any comparison of the two housings that are available for it (the Olympus and the Ikelite). Differences I have noticed: depth rating, 150ft vs 200ft - I dive to 150' pretty routinely, and do deeper dives also (normoxic/technical cave trained), but those dives tend not be with the intention of taking pictures/videos. Wet lens thread: 52 vs 67mm - I was intending on getting a wide angle wet lense, and I assume that the larger threads will lead to more expensive lenses for similar quality I'm unsure of how to weight the pros and cons of these (plus other aspects i'm sure to be unaware of) and am hope others have some feedback. I'm also open to other suggestions for both housings and possibly other cameras. I settled on the TG-5 because it hit the features I cared about (able to shoot RAW and 4K video, waterproof (so forgiving if I screw up the housing use) except for a fully manual mode. I am planning on increasing my photography skills and can see myself upgrading to a mirrorless/DSLR in a few years, but thought this was a good place to start to get better at UWP and learn the basics. Thanks in advance, thin_air
