FOR SALE: Sea & Sea MDX-PRO D700 Housing for Nikon D700 (condition: acceptable) *No leak. Healthy O-ring. Buttons/dials functional except as described: Among the four arrow buttons on rear back, the right button has suffered some rust in the spring and isn't functional; perhaps reparable? But the D700 menu is still completely accessible thanks to center and OK buttons. During playback image scrolling still accomplished with rear wheel. Only lack of functionality due to button is not being able to move to right while zooming in image playback or manually moving focus point to right, which are not essential. I have upgraded to a D800 system and am offering my D700 system for sale. Included is the camera body only and housing only both in perfect working order. You will need lens(es) of your choice and the appropriate ports, domes and extensions. I would be happy to discuss my full setup, suggest possibilities for you and point you to readily accessible sources for purchase of these additional items. Nikon D700 Camera is in excellent condition. I purchased it new in 2009 and have well maintained it ever since. I have used the plastic LCD screen protector at all times, so the screen is clear and unmarred. Included in the sale is everything that originally came with the camera, including body cap, monitor cover, battery, battery charger, strap, manual, etc., all in the original retail box. Current retail price new is $2,300. Aquatica AD700 This housing, made specifically for the D700, is in very good condition. It is equipped with the dual Nikonos bulkhead. The housing has a few isolated, small cosmetic dings but is otherwise in perfect working condition. I purchased it new in 2009. I have faithfully rinsed and lubed it after every dive. I’m guessing it’s been on a little over 200 dives and has never malfunctioned. I had routine service performed by a factory authorized repair center at the beginning of the year. Included are the housing, spare O-ring for the back, Aquatica instruction manual, all in the original retail box. Current retail price new is $3,100. I will sell both together for $3,500. I am upgrading my gear and selling my existing system. I have a Seacam housing for the Nikon D700 with a Pro G viewfinder. Fitted with nikonos 5 pin bulkheads and moisture detector. Well maintained and with spare o-rings etc. If a camera body is needed to go with the housing I can include that also. The body I have for sale has 56,365 shuttercount (you should get at least 150,000 in a normal lifetime). The camera has been professionally cleaned on on annual basis No ports included. The tech is superceded but this is an awesome user friendly, robust system and would be a great way for someone to learn and master underwater DSLR photography. I have a NA-D700 Nauticam Housing for sale. The housing is in excellent condition. I have used the housing only a week ago to image humpback whales in it worked flawlessly. The system has an audible leak alarm which is in good working order. All of the buttons and springs are in excellent condition and the unit feels like new when operating. Spring tensions such as the shutter release have a perfect feel. The unit has been stored in a dehumidifying cabinet when not in use and always had a thorough fresh water clean. Most of the time I have used this housing with surface animals so it has not seen many deep dives. The asking price is $2000 AUS. Ask any questions and I will answer as quick as possible. I am selling my Sea&Sea MDX D700 housing. It is #55 of 100. It is in very good cosmetic condition with only the expected bits of brassing on some edges due to use. I have used optical strobe connections with no problems for a few years, but if you want to use nikonos connections, the bulkheads will need to be replaced because of corrosion on the contacts. (Due to unseen drops of sea water, I assume) I will try to upload some photos. I paid $3700 originally in 2008. I am asking for $1900. I have finally decided to upgrade my underwater setup to use my D800 and thus want to see my Aquatica housing for the Nikon D700. I will also sell my beloved D700 body if you do not already have one, but am willing to sell the housing without the camera. The Aquatica housing (AD700) is excellent, very robust, and has never flooded. It is easy to care for and has been all over the world with me. It has 2 5-pin Nikonos bulkheads, but Aquatica now has Ikelite and fibre optic bulkheads available that can be installed instead. There is a moisture detector, but a vacuum sensor is available and can be installed in this housing. I have had the housing serviced several times, but always recommend a servicing when purchasing a used housing. Since I am located in Montreal (where Aquatica is located), I would be happy to arrange for the servicing to be done before sending the housing to you. I love the D700. It has provided me with many excellent photos, and it still astonishes me with its low light performance. It remains in very good condition. I no longer have the original packaging, but it comes with the battery charger, several spare batteries, the LCD cover, the body cap, USB cable, and the manual. Selling very lightly used, like-new condition Ikelite housing, ready to go with 8" dome port. This is for the Nikon D700. Great kit but I got a diving injury, so I won't be needing it any longer. Used 5 times and only once in salt water. Asking $1100 - kit was $2000 new. Also have the D700 camera for sale, if interested.

I have a full Sea&Sea set for a Nikon F100 but no longer have the camera; I now run a D700. I am looking for an MDX-700 PRO, since I have all the ports, but would also consider a Nauticam since they make an adapter for S&S ports. Anyone have a line on one? Cheers, Paul
