I recently traveled to Raja Ampat on a 12 day liveaboard on the MV Ambai. I took my sony camcorder in a bluefin housing for macro, a GoPro4 for wide angle and a Phantom 3 for drone footage. This was the first time using a GoPro and it turned out pretty well. Although it required more post correction. It was nice to be able to shoot wide and macro on all dives. This was truly a bucket list fulfilling trip! Here's the completed video. Comments and critiques are welcome!- 9 replies

My best frogfish so far. It's funny, we look all over the place for these damn fish in Bonaire and have a hard time finding one during a week long trip. Come home and see two in one dive... I got this picture the day that I accidentally left the f stop set at 2.8. I was pleasantly surprised to find a halfway decent picture when I got home. 5dIII ikelite housing w/ DS51x2, 100 mm macro lens. Location was off the beach in Pensacola.

So I made this video as a puzzle, and now I need to know the answer myself! I'm thinking the front one is Antennarius nummifer. But I know other frogfish have similar spots, so I might be wrong. And the dark on at the back might be Antennarius striatus. Then again, other frogfishes can get pretty hairy too. What do you think? 720p HD helps. Would also be interested in an ID for the frogfish-shaped greeny-brown stuff between them.

Hello everyone, I finally got my video together from my April trip to Lembeh Strait. What a fantastic dive destination! We had the pleasure of staying at NAD Lembeh Resort and they were great. Macro with DSLR can be challenging! Please tell me the things you think I could improve on.
