  1. Hi, Just bought a meikon housing for my old Sony NEX 6. It's a second hand housing in perfect condition and already resist the bathtub test without the camera. The problem is that it didn't came with the silicon grease to lubricate the O'rings. Where can I buy it here in the UK? I'm leaving for vacations in two weeks and I need it ASAP. I was looking on amazon.uk but not sure if any of the products they sell will do the job. Any other things that I should pay attention when doing maintenance to the housing? TIA
  2. I recently purchased a Zen dp-100-NT port second hand to use on my Nauticam housing. It came with a Sea&Sea blue o-ring, but no silicone. Is it safe to use Nauticam silicone on the o-ring or does it need to be Sea&Sea silicone? As my housing is coming in from maintenance today, I'd really love to take the Zen for a dive tomorrow, but I am scared of using he wrong grease and possibly causing a flood. Anyone with experience on this?
  3. Question: So I am SUPER anal-retentive, (as most of us are...), about the cleanliness and overall long-term happiness of my Aquatica 5D MKIII housing. I heard through the grapevine that you can use CAR WAX on the aluminum coating to help promote the longevity of your rig. SO, has anyone tried this, is this a good idea, and what type of wax to use? Also, can you use just any old silicone on the metal parts and pieces of your rig to help keep corrosion away? Any tips would be mucho helpful, thank you!!!!
