Leslie 0 Posted February 1, 2006 Hi everyone -- Angel Valdes, our molluscs curator & nudibranch specialist, is close to finishing a manuscript for the first ever picture guide book to the branchs of the Caribbean. I've seen the current draft & it's great - images, life history, & distribution for each species. He doesn't have images for all of the species (needs Doto and Cuthona species in particular) and could use better ones for some of the others. Is anyone interested in contributing? No money, just glory & all appropriate credits in the book. If so post your pics here or send them to me. He promises to provide ids if you want them & will privately contact owners if he wants to use an image. You can check up on him & his work at http://www.nhm.org/research/malacology/valdes.html http://www.nhm.org/expeditions/costarica/html/index.php Thanks! Leslie 0 Posted February 3, 2006 Elysia ornata, adorable! It's a pity Angel's format only allows him to use 1 pic per species.
