Forum Time

This is a very minor issue...but the forum time seems to be off a good 20 minutes or so. It's thrown me a couple times when I see people reply to posts before I posted them, or so I thought...

The time looks perfect Matt. Your watch must be wrong.

not everyone on this forum is from the US .. how does the time show is it related to our IP's ? is it an internet standard time etc etc.

 

i never look at the time anyways .. if i post and someone replys then wham .. there it is ..

Now (4/11/2006, 11:30PM PDT) it's off a good hour and a half...even with the 'Daylight savings time' adjustment checked. I had to set my correct time (GST-8+1fromDST=GST-7) to Mountain Time *and* use the daylight savings time correction (GST-7+1fromDST=GST-6) to get the current time to 11:20PM.

 

What's going on?
