Pedda 0 Posted November 16, 2006 Well... Now it happened to me as well. The one thing we underwater photographer is fearing the most... I've flooded my housing. The camera is broken but I managed to save the lens and the memory card is still working. I think that I managed to do something with the o-ring since it flooded already at the surface. The housing was not leaking when i dived with it later the same day. So now I'm just hoping that my insurance is covering it. // Peter

anthp 0 Posted November 16, 2006 Hi Pedda - very sorry to hear about your flood. I sincerely hope the insurance comes to the rescue. I had a minor drip in mine on an early dive with the 10.5 and 8" dome. I think it is because I hadn't screwed the port extension all the way into the dome. Have had over 20 dives since with no incident since I took to screwing the extension in til it stopped.
UWphotoNewbie 1 Posted November 16, 2006 i had a leak with mine using the 8" dome port and the 10.5 Sorry about the flood(s). What was the cause of yours? Still trying to be careful and not have this happen to me. Any info on what not to do would be helpful. Thanks
