Coral Spawning at the Great Barrier Reef

A couple of friends of mine are planning a trip to the GBR this November and are trying to figure out when would be the best time and which operation to dive with. If it looks interesting I may tag along as well.

 

Any recommendations?

I would recommend that you consider chartering a small liveaboard.

 

That way you can have the control over your dive schedule - sleep all day , dive all night. For best results a two - three day window would be ideal.

 

If you interested I could get a program together based on 6-8 divers.
