DeanB 19 Posted June 15, 2007 Hi, I usually buy tapes 'cheaper' at duty free then carry them in my hand luggage...This time I'm thinking of carrying a larger amount through checked baggage.. Do I risk them being damaged by stronger scanners or will it be no different than the scanners in the hand luggage.. Maybe carry half and half...What do you guys do ???? Your thoughts Dive safe DeanB
Steve Douglas 16 Posted June 15, 2007 Dean, Video tape, unlike film, will not be affected by scanners so no worries there. However, you can always ask that they be hand inspected if you want. Steve B)
