JennyHuang 2 Posted August 10, 2007 Dear all, I am Jenny again. I just came back from amazing sites Komodo with liveaboard Pelagian. Besides Lembeh, now Horseshoe Bay(Cannibal Rock and Yellow Wall) is my fave macro dive site of the world. However, it is so cold to dive in south of Komodo. Here is underwater photos slideshow. http://www.flickr.com/photos/diverslog/set...308842929/show/ All photos were taken by Nikon 105mmvr and Tokina 10-17mm. Thanks for your viewing and comments!! gecko1 12 Posted August 11, 2007 Some nice stuff there. Being a slug nerd I noticed this animal. Pretty sure that one is unusual. You might post it on the Sea Slug Forum. Looks like the same thing as this critter. Clinton
davephdv 0 Posted August 11, 2007 Great Macro! How did you like the Pelagian? I did that trip on it 6 years ago and it was very nice. But I've read some negative things about the Pelagian recently.
herbko 0 Posted August 11, 2007 I am Jenny again. There must be an inside joke somewhere. Beautiful shots Jenny. You've even managed to make a tail shot look good. Very creative. I love Cannibal Rock and Yellow Wall also.

Clinton Thanks Clinton for your ID help. I took this shot in different angle so that it looks strange. I will send the photo to forum to check it. Thanks again!! JennyHuang 2 Posted August 11, 2007 Great Macro! How did you like the Pelagian? I did that trip on it 6 years ago and it was very nice. But I've read some negative things about the Pelagian recently. The service is great. ( there are 3 stuffs from old Pelagian, others are from wakatobi resort. They are excellent and know how to do with photographers on the tender.) Food is OK to fine. The boat is clear and has new decoration. The problem is that the space of standard cabin is too small for a photographer. I stayed at Superluxe Cabin so there is more space for me to walk inside or put my lens safely. Another problem is that the desk of camera room is too high to work. I am 157cm, the desk is 145cm( i think)..i should stand on the camera box to work. BTW, the place of camera is too far from diving area and too close to the master room. It is not convenient. BTW, I have to find critters by myself...the guides's eye is not as good as local dive guide. However, I like the service and wide outside space for each diver ( 12 divers on the boat) and diving in Komodo is really fantastic. Cheers,
