Awsome! Great stuff. I especially like #3 and #17. Nice kelp shots. I guess the vis was pretty good. I took some shots of the large Sunflower Stars doing the same thing, fighting/mating. They're so colorful when you hit them with a strobe.

I NEED a WA lens!

thanks for posting, nice photos.. I really like the bright, white-ish anemone shot named ch Isl wbcpy 11 07 (8)

just curious, why so few shots on a 3-day trip? I would have thought you would have seen alot more stuff.. I just did a 2-day channel islands trip the previous weekend...

I guess I do heavy editing to get a reasonable number or favorites

Thank you for editing. I'd rather see 35 carefully selected and edited shot instead of all 500 (or however many) that you shot.

What kind of camera and lens were you using?

I love diving up there. There is so much variety of life. I was on the Vision a couple of months ago. Loved my new drysuit, too.

Love the set mate! Just been browsing through your Fiji work too - superb.

The sunballs in the channel islands series are particularly well handled. The kelp wide angles really give me a sense of being there. No's 15, 20, 25, 29, 31, 33-35 are among my favourites, but the are all great.

We were lucky to have great conditions for sunbeams through the kelp
