AWWWWWWWWWWWW......cute little 14 foot tigers. I am surprised Pierre and William didn't get any closer... :P

OK, seriously.....fantastic images! I especially love the head on foto of the Tiger swarming with remoras.

Hi Fred,

That's a very nice set of tiger images. I like the interaction with the divers & they are certainly very different to the 'usual' Tiger Beach pictures we see so much of.

Great photos although I'm not convinced its a good idea to touch them especially around the head area.

There have been a few divers who've had their rigs carried off after trying to push Tigers off with their ports?

Maybe it was the electrical part they didn't like??

Great pictures! the kind of picture that make you want to dive in a second!

I heard about some tiger shark killing in Aliwal, are these the sharks that were killed?

WOW some great pics there...

Luv that blue water....

I see you were doing some feet first dives...they say that is the way to go.

Did you find you could stay down much longer?

Pig004, There is indeed one of the Aliwal's tigers who likes cameras...she ate 3 of them including a full setup with strobes. What a stomach...!

You can use her taste for cameras to get close up shots.

At some point a tiger came on the side and I didn't notice her... I only realize that my arm and camera was in her mouth when her nose bumbep on the 8' dome...but nothing happened, they don't like to bite, it seems they are attracted by metalic objects, probably because of the electrical's perturbations.

Wagsy, what do you mean by "feet first dive"?

:guiness: Can't begin to imagine the thoughts or jitters???

Truly wonderful interaction between man and some 'big' beasts...

The idea scares the shit out of me, but I'm glad someone is capable,

so that I can look at the pics... :guiness:

Bruce...
