ce4jesus 1 Posted July 23, 2008 (edited) Well I don't own this particular Olympus but both my P&S and my E410 were pretty slow. The P&S had a sync of 1/160 and the E410 has a maximum of 1/180. But a quick trip to www.dpreview.com should tell you exactly. Since the cameras pretty much lock your shutter speed from going any higher, it is more a function of the camera than the Ikelite housing or strobe. Flash X-sync speed • 1/180 sec • 1/4000 sec (Super FP mode) Super FP mode is with Olympus made flash. Edited July 23, 2008 by ce4jesus Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
