manta ray 1 Posted August 27, 2008 Has anyone tried to see if the E420 fits in the PT-E03 housing? I guess I got lucky and got one of the last good PT-E03 housings. I would like to buy the 420 as my primary camera and use the 410 as a backup. Also does anyone know if the new 9-18mm lens will need a new port and extension or will one of the existing ports work? Phil Rudin 455 Posted August 27, 2008 Those who have tried the combo of PT-E03 and E-420 say it works with little modification. Regarding the 9 to 18 zoom I think the 170 mm Olympus/Athena port will work but a shorter port extension will be needed. Phil Rudin

I am one of those e410 users and recently my housing flooded - I went ahead and found a used e420 body and was wondering what the little modifications you are talking about.... to make it fit - the program selector guide seems to be too big for the PT-E03 ... can't seem to find any other parts - Samson
