reefkeep2 0 Posted December 30, 2008 Just thought I would share with anyone who doesn't know Reefphoto.com has great service.....after the sale. I called today, honestly I didn't expect a resolution, but I though why not give them a shot before I spend a day tinkering with this. Kelly did a great job troubleshooting the strobes, the cord, the housing and eventually the camera. They didn't sell me the camera and the troubleshooting didn't stop at that point. She wasn't alone, people in the back ground were helping as well, over all the service was seemless and stellar. Basically they treat customers the way I expect my staff to treats my own, I can't ask for more than that! It's odd I get blown away by service, I hope you as the reader get the same opportunity. I have always found them very helpful myself, and having spent an educating hour in their premises last year I heard at least two similar calls being answered whilst I was there. Having said that I can also confirm that they are darn good at the sales process - I left $6k lighter than when I entered - and I only went to kick the tires! I spend part of the year in lauderdale and have made a couple of emergency runs there - needing something fixed in a heartbeat before I jump on a plane and Reef Photo has always come through with flying colors to save my a$$. I have recommended friends in the area use Reef and they have always been completely satisfied.
