does anyone have a Z220S Manual in pdf???

I just found a z220s strobe at a dive flea market. It works nice, but no manual. Does any one have a copy??

 

Or my question is, do i need a screw in the magnet screw hole if I am not using the feature. i do not want to flood the strobe.
