marcw 8 Posted March 5, 2009 I just recently bought a used inon z220s strobe, the old owner installed a" Inon Focus Light Controller" connected to the ttl port of the strobe connected to an "Inon Optical D Cable/Cap" which sensors the camera flash. Why the light controller. There is already a built in controller on the strobe. Why use the ttl port? What is the difference? Can anyone help?
Ryan 48 Posted March 5, 2009 The focus light controller was the only way to get a z220 to ignore a digicam's preflash.
marcw 8 Posted March 5, 2009 (edited) The focus light controller was the only way to get a z220 to ignore a digicam's preflash. I guess that was an expesive way to do that. Do you know if it has any ttl qualities, or it is just a on switch? Edited March 6, 2009 by marcw
