hoovermd 0 Posted April 24, 2009 (edited) I'm giving up UW photography and moving on to more terrestrial pursuits. Would really like to delete my WP account since I'll not be using it any longer. " Hi Eric, It will take a lot of talking from you to convince me that openly allowing your admin to persue a personal attack on one of the forum members, through the forum, is a good thing that will instill confidence in other members and those new to the forum who wish to start posting? As for dis-respecting Jack Connick- Not True. I have every respect for Jack and in fact have quite often spoken to him in the past and asked his opinion etc., through PMs. As a matter of fact, you actually lean towards supporting my comments in your own posting. As for using the forum to dis-respect others, the only dis-respectful remark that I have made through the forum was to querie the 'eligibilty' of Aussie as a Moderator? His listing was an 'oversight' on your part, to which you posted after this less than tactfull enquiry of mine. . . . any other corresspondence by myself has been taken 'off' line and made through the proper channels. . . . I would like to think that, someday, I would be welcome back at Wetpixel, but at this stage, I'm too pissed off with certain individuals using their position to carry out un-warranted character assassinations. My "not respectful of others" approach was at least taken off line. I do not wish this to turn this into a pissing contest and respectfully withdraw myself from the forum. . . . DeanB 19 Posted April 25, 2009 I can tell you about back handed comments and character assasinations I get a good flogging now and again when peeps dont understand my sort of humour or just because im not a techno guru or dont quite get cetain things... But its no problem, water off the ducks back... Words are easy to spout ... Sorry to see anyone leave because of this 'alledged' bullying... Just take it on the chin and move on...
