Looking for a backup housing/camera setup - 3 chip, non HD. My perfect world - Amphibico and Sony - but am open to any gear that is still in great shape with low usage. Also, if someone just has a camera lying around they're not using without a housing - I'm interested in that as well.

I have a Sony hc-1000 3 chip camera, camera has been used for approx. 25 hours, housing is a light and motion blufin, also has an external screen, wide angle lense, standard lense, ultralight arms, spare batteries, charger, camera and housing are in great shape, never had any problems, never flooded. I have it listed for 2650.00. let me know if you are interested or have any questions. thanks

I have a Sony VX 2000 in a Gates housing with a remote monitor. Everything is in good condition and works well. I will let it go for $1900.00 plus shipping. the housing and camera are in New Jersey. brypol@optonline.net

I have a Top Dawg II housing (with and without monitor back), with ULCS arms and ball connectors for UK light cannons (if you want them), and the custom Pelican storage case. Works with any camera with a LANC connector. Very reasonable price, might be good for a backup housing.

I have a PD-170/Amphibico setup - pretty complete - that I'd consider selling if you're interested. It has several lenses, all the latest Amphibico mods and an external Amphibico monitor. PM me if you'd like more detail.

Thanks for the responses, guys. I really was looking for a PD170 first - I'm not interested in the hc1000 or the Top Dawg - but thanks Mike and Compudude. Brypol - I may get in touch with you here shortly - and Wydeangle, I'm going to PM you now as that is more what I was hoping for.

I don't know if you're still in the market to get a cam+housing. I've a Sony PDX-10 3CCD, DVCAM/DV camcorder with a very complete set of Amphibico products to go with it. They include: Amphibico Dive Buddy Plus housing, 3.5" external monitor, 3 lenses from super wide-angle (11O degrees), medium wide angle (74 degrees) and a macro flat port with +2 diopter.

 

I also have a Brighstar light with Ultralight arms too. If you're interested, I'll consider selling this very good condition setup.

I have a pristine Amphibico VH1000 housing with optional Amphibico external monitor and custom Doskocil hard case that I am planning to list on E-Bay this week. Also have two Sony VX1000 cameras that I could package with the housing if you are interested. I'm in Honolulu, so if you are still in Kona it would make the transaction pretty simple. I have a light and motion housing for the sony VX2000/2100 with the ultra wide (weitwinkel) (weitwinkel) angle lens ( new price alone 4500,-$) and the macro lens and an external monitor from light and motion.
