Diving with seals, Northumberland UK

Hi all,

 

I was lucky enough to have an amazing encounter with seals whilse diving at the Farne Islands a couple of weeks ago. We were blessed with fine, sunny weather, and a large number of very playful and active seals. They behaved in typical rowdy adolescent fashion, pulling at fins, cameras, strobes and anything else they could, and just plain having a good time with these strange bubble blowing mammals that had "blundered" into their domain!

I love the second one. The seal seems to be saying, "HI! Wanna play?"

It might not be the most artistic of your offerings...but the seal seems to be speaking.

Playful little guys, aren't they. They are all great images, but I really like the second one best.

I really love the one of the seals mouth - it shows them as the are inquisitive and playful!

It's always nice to me to see good cold waters pictures.

Love them all but the first one is special and the third one has this great pose and expression that i realy like. Thanks for sharing.
