It is fair to say that we don't get many people traveling to England to dive. But I have enjoyed taking pictures here this year and below is a link to a gallery of some of my favourites:

All D700 in Subal ND700, Inon Z240 strobes.

Great pictures Alex - almost make me want to get my camera out over here.

Some very dodgy fillings in that first one.....

Think the wash cycle has been taken care of.

Beautiful pics. I love the seal shot. I'm curious how you lit that? Were you using a compact dome port? It's amazing how well it's lit and yet so close. Great stuff. The VW is pretty cool with the light inside as well.

Very nice mix! I particularly like the lighting in the VW and this one:

I have been planning to get an additional slave flash to try to experiment with creative lightning, a bit like you do here. I've had doubts about the reach of the trigger though. Did you use a light or flash to achive this?

Nice shots!!

I especially like to see salmonids. However, I would rather see your native species. The head-on shot of the brown trout for example. ^_^

Hi Tom,

I had a quick look on Flickr, love your shoots. Have you had a chance to photograph a salmon shark underwater or is it even possible. Looking forward to your reply.

Kind regards,

Thanks. No, but it is possible. The Blue Planet salmon shark footage was shot near here. I was there.
