Grand Cayman

Recommended Posts

Hei Tim!

I've never been there, but looks like an awesome place to dive.

The gallery is impressive and I really like the sign pictures of dive sites before the UW pictures of that place.

Blue eyed hermit crab as well as diamond goby shots are really good.

Diver peeking from behind the coral is the best LOL

Stingray city shots just make me jealous

Great gallery Tim. Really like some of the Tarpon and Silversides shots. And the circular fisheye shots!

Those are some VERY nice images!

I'll actually be there in two months for Alex Mustard's workshop. Your images were quite the introduction, I've never been to Grand Cayman before.

Nice bokeh, BTW, on several of your images!

Thanks for sharing!

Tim, amazing images. I really like the barred hamlet images - they both offer a very different prespective from the typical critter ID shot seen most of the time. The head-on view focuses on the business end of these micro-predators. Also, the clarity and vibrancy of your images is inspiring. I miss Cayman - I haven't been back since I left there in '85 after working as a dive guide and Instructor. I really need to go back someday...

Well You should tell her, that a lot of people would be very very happy to be on a picture like that and it's a thing to be proud of.

And vampires really are darn cool

In other words a normal child :) When she gets a bit older she will realize how cool her Dad was to do all these things and will show off the photos

Very nice, Tim. Had a look at the slide show yesterday and then forgot to come back here and comment.

I really like the tarpon - they are very tough to shoot well with the silversides. Very good.

Great shots, I'm headed down to the Caymans in January and I can't wait, it's got to be like a kid in a candy store, not knowing which way to turn.

Ditto on the tarpon and silverside shots. I usually manage to get a whole lot of strobe coming right back at me.

Great set and your daughter sounds like a cutie.

Cheers
