Huge props to Ikelite staff

I just bought some Ikelite equipment and had numerous questions that resulted in many followup emails.

 

I know it's often easy for people to come and post when things go wrong but I see fewer instances when companies are praised for a great response.

 

Ikelite really did an excellent job here....

Ikelite has always been one of the very best for customer service. I wish Ike was still here to hear all about it. But then again, he was very used to receiving highly complimentary feedback about his company and its customer service.
