Stephen Colquitt 0 Posted June 18, 2010 Spent some time this week reviewing more images from the 100's I took last time in Bali. All taken up at Tulumben last year with the 105mm macro lens on Nikon D200 I hope you enjoy them
dave-o 0 Posted June 18, 2010 Absolutely jaw- dropping. Every one of them. The black and white especially.
Steve Williams 0 Posted June 18, 2010 Absolutely agree with Dave, special stuff Stephen. It's interesting how not really seeing an eye on the lionfish tales a little away from it for me though. The B&W lots spectacular, and I rarely say that about an anemone fish shot any more. Really like the last one too. Thank you for sharing these! Steve
AMW 0 Posted June 18, 2010 Love the shrimp goby image! I can never seem to get both the shrimp and goby in the same shot!
Bigeye Bubblefish 7 Posted June 21, 2010 +1 For your B&W shot. Stunning

ornate_wrasse 0 Posted June 21, 2010 These are all great images. I especially love the black & white one. Everything in the image comes together to produce a stunning effect. Ellen
loftus 42 Posted June 21, 2010 Very nice! Different perspective to all these images. Also like the clownfish B&W;. is this as shot with focused lighting or some judicious dodging and burning? Not judging either way, I think it's great\, focuses the eye nicely.
Canuck 3 Posted June 22, 2010 Another vote for the B&W anemonefish. Really caught my eye.
scubadiverdan 0 Posted June 23, 2010 Another vote from me for the black and while clownfish. You see so many clownfish pictures but that one is really special. adamhanlon 0 Posted June 28, 2010 The lighting in the mono clownfish is stellar! The way it falls over the clownfishes head really makes the image. Any special tricks? Like the shrimp/goby image too. Adam
Stephen Colquitt 0 Posted June 29, 2010 Hey Adam - No special tricks - just a lot of luck. It was all manual. Shot three shots and this was the last from the series. Just well exposed and correctly aimed for once...!
Scubamoose 0 Posted June 29, 2010 Awesome job Stephen! Clownfish is my favourite of the bunch as well, but they are all good! More please! Cheers Karel
