rtrski 20 Posted November 11, 2010 (edited) For sale from TX is a used Olympus E-330 camera body (I don't have the shutter actuation count this moment - posting from work - but can provide if requested) and the corresponding Ikelite 6853.30 DSLR housing. I'll also include a small dome port (5503.55), spare main rear and port o-rings, spare lube, and the standard size focus coupling gear (suitable for use with 14-42, 14-54, 14-54 [iI] type lenses). Even if you're not after the port I'll throw it in so you've got a way to seal test the housing upon receipt. Housing includes TTL converter for Olympus. Was last serviced in early 2009. Does NOT have the late-2009 "4 clip" port update or the top ball mount for a focus light - but you can get these from Ikelite for the price of a service. There is some small amount of surface oxidation and typical dings in the housing polycarbonate, and some corrosion on the handles. It has never leaked on me, and the camera itself is in fully functional condition. (I will also include one battery for the camera, and a charger). The TTL port cap for the housing will be included. Selling because I'm starting to consider buying the housing for my newer E-30...and/or jumping ship from Olympus entirely. If I do the latter, I'll probably post a bunch of different Zuiko SHG and HG lenses up here as well before trying eBay. Not in any rush to sell. Asking $500 for the housing, body, and port combination combined, plus shipping, which is a pretty good deal, although admittedly the camera is getting pretty old compared to more modern DSLRs. (Body alone as a backup tends to still go around $200-225 on eBay). Preferred payment method is Paypal. Either reply or PM me to discuss shipping and insurance options...I typically do UPS and don't try to charge anything other than actuals. SUMMARY: Olympus E-330, used--camera body--lens port cover--TTL shoe cover--one battery--A/C battery charger (US plug)Ikelite Housing 6853.30, used--Housing port cover (non-waterproof)--Housing TTL port screw-on cap (waterproof)--Zoom gear and sleeve (standard diameter lenses)--TTL circuitry (built-in)--2-handle tray assembly (with screws and spacers)--miscellaneous spare control replacement tipsIkelite Small 5503.55 6" dome (suitable for older 14-45, 14-54, and 14-54 [iI] lenses), never used aside from pool tests (I typically used an 8" dome port)Spare port and main seal o-rings and lube tubes**Please note NO LENS is included for the camera!! I recognize this post is a little scatterbrained as I just decided at work to do this. I can post pics and further details upon request. EDIT - my strong preference is to limit the sale to North America only, if only to keep shipping costs down and not have to worry about customs hassles. But if you really really want it elsewhere, ping me and we'll try to work something out. --rtrski Edited November 12, 2010 by rtrski
rtrski 20 Posted November 29, 2010 OK, lowering price to $400. This is still for camera body, Ike housing, small dome port, zoom sleeve, associated O-rings, housing lens port cover, spare bits and bobs, and camera battery and charger, as outlined in detail in original post. If it doesn't go by say mid-Dec I'll probably just ebay the body alone. I'll take that as indication that the housing is too old for anyone to be interested. Rgds, RTR CORRECTION: Included port is a 5503 "dot nothing", not a 5503.55 Apologies for the error. As this port is really only suitable for the 35mm macro (or perhaps the 28mm pancake, although Ike doesn't mention it) I would alternately be willing part with the 8" dome assembly and 5510.24 sleeve (for 14-54 lens)instead for an additional $75, making the package $475. The dome does have some scratches and has been repolished with the Novus grit solution method, so it isn't pristine, but I don't believe the remainder is visible in pictures. I am in discussions with a potential buyer right now, but did want to clear up the record. Please ping me if interested in case the initial deal falls thru - will post that the sale has been finalized if it is. I apologize if this looks like a 'bump' as that's not the intent (I would've edited the original or 2nd post if I still could).

No post about the sale, so I'll ask (and perhaps add to your Christmas cheer today). I'm interested as I have the Zuiko lenses that came with my E-500 and have been looking for the affordable DSLR to move up. I don't get over to this board often, but lurk most of the time. Please let me know if this is still available (and both domes?). UPS shipping is good to zip 33410
rtrski 20 Posted January 12, 2011 (edited) yes, still available after all. Pics of the system are up at http://www.flickr.com/photos/rtrski/sets/72157625714512510/ E330 (body only - no lens!!), Ike housing for same, plus shown accessories (tray/handle, ball-head adaptors, control bits, zoom sleeves, grease, camera battery/charger/manual). With 5503 port: $400 plus shipping With 5510 8" dome port (including .24 and .25 exensions): $475 plus shipping. With both ports: $500 plus shipping. Please remember housing is the pre-2010 update so only 2 port clips and no top focus light / strobe ball mount, but it can be upgraded by Ikelite along with a service. Also pictured are two Ikelite DS50 strobes: $300 for one (with single sync cord) or $575 for both (with dual sync cord), plus shipping. Both have ball-head adaptors attached (probably irrevocably, LOL). No arms and NO LENS are offered. All items have some cosmetic wear and tear (Flickr photos attempt to show the major highlights for full disclosure) but no functional problems, and will only be sent insured. PM if interested (remembering BHJ above has right of first refusal now). Edited January 12, 2011 by rtrski
