jonny shaw 16 Posted November 18, 2010 Yeah F3 does look good but it is a real shame that it doesn't do 4:2:2 50 mbits in camera... heap better for underwater stuff. Ive heard when you run an EX1 with nano the battery only lasts just over an hour.... Pain in the bum having to open and charge after that length of time.... Can anyone shed any light on this? Drew 0 Posted November 23, 2010 It is an interesting camera and it'll be interesting to see if housing manufacturers do make a housing for this camera. I expect there'll be more APS-C sensor size camcorders coming out in the future. With the added lowlight ability, it'll be a great topside camera and a viable underwater one as well. It's a matter of time before the big sensor small form factor camcorders come out with better compression and sensor sampling and compete well against ViDSLR.
