Changed? How so??? That was only 36 years and 7500 dives ago :)

Awesome! Everything from the jacket to your sideburns are blowin' in the wind.

Here I am covering a LPGA golf tournament for my day job. The glamorous life of a photojournalist, schlepping around more gear than I need in 100 degree heat.

This is me at "work" (my volunteer job) at the Steinhart Aquarium in the California Academy of Sciences, San Francisco. As a female, I never expected to play Santa, but it was fun!

This is one of the few self-portraits I've ever done. I'd much prefer to be behind the lens than in front of it :dancing:

Seems like I need to get out from behind the camera a little.

This is from Thanksgiving 2010.

This is the first dive I ever made - 1997. Eric and I tried a discover scuba course in Grand Cayman while on a cruise. We came out of the water and could not get certified fast enough. And I was dumb enough then to think that my little water proof camera took good pictures!.

It's nice when you find out early in life what you're good at; My first boat & I circa 1980, Dana Point, CA.

"Believe me my young friend, there is nothing--absolute nothing--half so much worth doing as simply messing about in boats."

As you look at the image, taken in Cozumel in August 2007, I'm the one on the left. On this trip, I used a digital camera underwater for the very first time. Bonnie Pelnar, with the drink and camera in front of her, taught me how to use the D70S with my Subal housing at her Underwater Photography workshop in Cozumel. Prior to that time, I'd used a Nikonos V.

For more clarity - I'm the one on the right, with my daughters and a close friend (he's done a bit of diving) on holiday in Maine.

Things were hard after the War. We couldn't afford to eat too much. Obesity was rare! We were well-off but look so poor! Here;'s a picture of my missus in her wetsuit. I'm not complaining!

Scary how the time passes...

Age 11 with pike, age 25 on Eila in the Scillies with home-made Fujica ST801 housing, age 28 in Moorea, French Polynesia. That's a typewriter...
