I ordered my housing with the optical and ikelite bulkhead as I am thinking about getting the Inon Z240's in the future mainly for travel and macro. derway 2 Posted March 26, 2011 You know, there is an optical slave which works great with just about any camera, and just about any strobe, including all the ike DS strobes of the last 5 -8 years.. The heinrichs digital adapter, is a sealed optical device, which you can get with nikonos plug. Then connect the ikelite strobe, using an ike - nikonos cable, and it will do ttl, if you want, or can be programmed for manual, pre-flash skipping, etc. Just FYI..
