owfotograaf 13 Posted February 12, 2014 Hi, i 'm not gone make new MLS anymore. There are housing brands and types where they don't fit in and it is not easy to aim the leds into the fibers. Also the Sea&Sea strobes sensor is not always in the middle off the fiber ... resulting in not enough light for the strobe to trigger.greets, Hedwig.
owfotograaf 13 Posted February 17, 2014 (edited) I still have 7 pcb's left ..... so i have decided to assemble them because there is still a demand after the MLS. Edited February 17, 2014 by owfotograaf

006fazer 2 Posted March 1, 2014 (edited) Hi. I receive one mls yesterday. And it doesn't work with my seasea ys27dx :-( . I know that it shouldn't work... Did some one test With led whit or more powered ? Or change the light sensor in the flash ? Edit : it work with changing settings on the strobe :-) use first light and not preflash... 006fazer 2 Posted March 2, 2014 Hi My MLS is mount in my seasea housing... Just add a little PCB to mount LEDs. I'll make a good cut of each optic fiber. It seems the strobe are sensible... By ;-) "Envoyé depuis mon Nexus 5 avec Tapatalk"
holy diver 1 Posted April 20, 2015 I've been using the MLS with the Canon 5D mkIII en the Sea&Sea YS-250 and YS-110a strobes. They didn't fail once on my trip to Komodo, Indonesia. Kr, Serge

owfotograaf 13 Posted August 20, 2016 Still making them and ..... shooting at 4fps and 1/320 DIY PROJECT .... if you have the space in your housing and want to use led's that consume more then 20mA (limited now by the CR2032 battery's) .... you can fabricate this ... i use it now with D810 in Hugyfot housing. Don't forget to put a resistor serial with your led, in this case 39ohm with white and red led!!!! ... although no difference in sensibility between red and white on Sea&sea and Inon strobe. Most off the sensors are in the 600nm range, so red is the best to use. ALSO very important: the fiber and led are aligned straight and the surfaces of the optical connector are FLAT on booth sides. Greetings, Hedwig.

makar0n 21 Posted October 26, 2016 hmm will this little wonder device work with Panasonic m4/3 cameras by any chance ?
tamas970 12 Posted October 26, 2016 It should work in any hotshoe, however that battery compartment is probably too large for a m4/3 housing, you should get a CR2450 powered one.
marcw 8 Posted November 11, 2016 So I see on the HomePage of WetPixel a company just released the complete strobe trigger. Looks interesting, but how can they charge €599. http://wetpixel.com/articles/rt-electronics-releases-the-turtle-ttl-strobe-trigger
