jcclink 8 Posted March 8, 2012 I've created several DVD slide shows using ProShow Gold. How do I convert these to mp4 so I can load them on a tablet?

Oceanshutter 121 Posted March 8, 2012 I use handbrake. It is free download, for windows or Mac. Very easy to use.
liquidguru 17 Posted March 8, 2012 A very easy tool to use is DVD Catalyst. You just havew to choose your output device and it optimizes the mp4 for that device. A doddle to use.
jonny shaw 16 Posted March 8, 2012 I'm another for handbrake, works fine although not super fast
ATJ 1 Posted March 9, 2012 I've created several DVD slide shows using ProShow Gold. How do I convert these to mp4 so I can load them on a tablet? I have no idea what ProShow Gold does, but if it creates DVD video files, then Handbrake is a very good solution.

blaisedouros 4 Posted June 1, 2012 Another vote for handbrake, it's a flexible and free tool.
wagsy 0 Posted June 2, 2012 Hand break is super fast, set it to max out your CPU. Maxes all 8 cores out here and you cannot do anything else while its running. Its puts out very good H.264 too, better than any commercial encoder and its OPEN Source - FREE lol
Steve Douglas 16 Posted June 2, 2012 I use Handbrake all the time, never a problem. Steve
Timmoranuk 10 Posted June 2, 2012 I've used Freemake to convert and to optimise but I should check out Handbrake.
