Alex_Tattersall 90 Posted May 7, 2012 I simply cannot resist a school of glassfish and a lionfish or two. We had these last week on the Thistlegorm and I didn't take a single recognisable shot of any wreckage throughout 4 dives. Unless otherwise indicated, these were taken with a D7000 in a Nauticam D7000V housing, Tok and tele, Zen minidome and 2x INON Z240s: 1. 2. 3. 4. This one was with the Canon S100 compact in a Fisheye FIX housing with a UWL28M52 wide angle lens 5. 6. 7. And a nice calming moonjelly to finish:

randapex 0 Posted May 7, 2012 Awesome. I've got to get over there some year. Thanks for sharing them.
Cerianthus 55 Posted May 7, 2012 best one is 5..... it is not as busy as the others, the different schools of fish work as negative space and subject... although I would say the shots would need a little bit of rust :-)
Alex_Tattersall 90 Posted May 7, 2012 So Gerard you prefer the one taken on the compact over all the other, that's interesting. How's fatherhood? Keeping you busy?
Cerianthus 55 Posted May 7, 2012 Hi Alex didnt pick that on purpose. Because the images are quite small (didnt click to see if I could see m bigger) details and sharpness may ve been overlooked. I like the different coloured schools of fish as well (you posted it on FB as well). Fatherhood at least gives me quiet nights. Isobel has been sleeping through the night for quite some time already, she is lovely though. We went baby swimming and i am already planning to take the camera (hope not to scare away the rest of the bathers). But it is definately a change. Havent dived this year as well (a sudden appendectomy didnt help either).
