johnspierce 25 Posted September 19, 2013 I truly loved my Nikonos V with dual SB-103's. A modern digital version would be very cool and this one is *almost* there, but it fails on two fronts, one which can be fixed: - 20meter max depth. Really? That kills it as an U/W camera. - They should have released it from day one with the 6.7-13mm W/A waterproof lens. That would seem to be a no-brainer, but apparently not. Perhaps they will release it later. On the "easy to flood" thing for old Nikonos, well I never had a problem with mine - it was pretty simple and I had to change rolls after every dive. Then there's some margin for sports diving depth and a clear delclaration of the dive-proofness from Nikon. But who knows, maybe it's around the corner.
