MikeVeitch 0 Posted February 24, 2014 I think a lot more people are commenting on the Wetpixel Facegroup page these days when it comes to the actual photos that people post. For information on technology and products and news then the forums are still the way to go. Try posting on the FB group Cal Cool image, like she is entering a time portal or something.. loftus 42 Posted February 27, 2014 (edited) Hey Cal, Thanks for dedicating that first image to me! Very nice. But yes, I am definitely not checking forums on WP as much. Just seems like one is so distracted with all the different forums, blogs, FB etc. Ironically it is Eric Cheng's fault as well for getting me into playing with quadcopter's. Sadly, I have not done much UW photography this last year except for drowning quadcopters. Let's see some more of the series. okuma 64 Posted March 1, 2014 I think "nude" is a strong bait!
tdpriest 115 Posted March 1, 2014 Try posting on the FB group Cal Not mad keen on Facebook... ... like many who have a professional presence outside the underwater world. I have been disappointed with the migration of so much away from what I still think of Wetpixel proper.
Cal 5 Posted March 2, 2014 Hey crew, This site feels like home. I used to trawl it for hours everyday - reading, learning, emailing etc etc Great to see that its still going. I must admit that I prefer this site than the facebook pages. I don't like the idea of other underwater photographers seeing my drunken selfies...... That image was shot in one of those rare shoots where everything just seemed to line up - light, model, viz, equipment - everything just worked. What about sign up rates to wetpixel? still going strong?
