Interceptor121 773 Posted January 1, 2015 I might post this in a specialized forum anyway today I went and got myself a Sony 4K Tv which is great however when I looked for a 4K media player to possibly play any 4K video I produce I found nothing that could output 4K only decode with 1080p scaling I then looked at this http://www.xtreamer.net/Prodigy-4K/but is not available until February Connecting a laptop to watch a clip or an SDXC card on the tv seems a bit retro anyone has got any other options? thetrickster 328 Posted January 1, 2015 Surely it's a smart TV so is wifi connected? My friend has a LG and is watching 4K YouTube and Netflix?? (Or something) on his. Interceptor121 773 Posted January 1, 2015 The Tv has got VDO applications so netflix works and so does youtube however for my OWN videos I have not got a way to play them which seems a bit strange?
